Hopeful is a project that wants to contribute to a more humane Västerås and create more opportunities for change for people in exclusion. We believe that every person has the skills and motivations that may develop in the right context. Hopeful therefore offers meeting places and activities in Erikslund Shopping Center and IKEA Västerås that creates community and participation. Behind hopeful is Erikslund Shopping Center, IKEA Västerås, Västerås Stadsmission and here4U. The Hopeful project has received considerable attention within IKEA Group.
